AtWoolyWoofers we use wool from farmers we know and trust, who have years of experience working with the natural wool that goes into our wool dog beds.
We genuinely do manufacture our duvets in the UK using wool from British farms.
If you are thinking of buying from other companies it's worth double checking exactly where their products are made, and the production process used. Many wool duvet manufacturers use chemicals to strip the wool of its outside fibres. They do this to make their dog beds machine washable at high temperatures.
This process involves using harsh chemicals to strip the outer layers and then coating the fibres in a silicone or a polymer to prevent shrinkage, this all goes against the ethos of WoolyWoofers, and is not a very natural process.
